How It Works

The free phone consultation helps us understand your case and allows us to get to know you. If we accept your case, then we send you an attorney-client agreement outlining the scope of our relationship.

We will work together to gather facts and evidence to build your case. This process takes place over the phone or by email.

We handle all aspects of your case and front all litigation costs. We provide regular updates and inform clients of any settlement offers. If no lawsuit is filed, we will negotiate settlement directly with opposing counsel.

We only receive fees and recover costs after we obtain compensation for clients either through settlement or verdict. If we don’t win, you don’t pay. You have nothing to lose!

The average case takes around 12 – 18 months to reach resolution. Some cases take much longer, while others resolve faster. Clients may contact us at any time for an update on their case. We will also contact clients directly when there is a material update on their case or if something requires their attention. However, clients should understand that there are often no material updates for months. This does not mean that the case is not being worked on. Rather, there are generally many things happening between our office and the defense attorneys that do not require the attention of our clients. Again, our clients are welcome to contact us at any time for an update on their case status.
