William is a dedicated attorney focusing on employment law matters such as wage and hour, overtime, discrimination, misclassification, and minimum wage violations. William’s career started in California with significant hearing and motion practice in civil and family law giving him invaluable communication skills with judges and clients alike. Shortly thereafter, William moved to New York City and worked exclusively on employment law matters, including federal class action lawsuits, and spent significant time volunteering at the New York Legal Assistance Group Pro-Se Clinic for the Southern District of New York. Licensed in both California and New York, William has a broad range of experience pursuing claims against small businesses and international corporations alike. William earned his B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Syracuse University and graduated with honors from McGeorge Law School in Sacramento. William now provides over a decade of knowledge, experience, and expertise to the Work Justice team in his continued effort to help individuals get what they are owed and what they have worked for.
