Aleksandra Urban

Aleksandra is a seasoned attorney who champions employee rights in all State of California Superior and all California Federal District Courts. She has a strong background in eDiscovery, digital forensics, and regularly uses technology to advance her client’s positions. Prior to joining the Work Justice Firm, Aleksandra enjoyed the broad practice of Labor and Employment ranging from class action and PAGA work on behalf of employees to single plaintiff cases across every industry. She is proud to represent private and public employees, including law enforcement officers and first responders in matters related to wrongful terminations/demotion, whistleblower protection, retaliation and hostile work environment cases. She has ensured LEO’s received their POBR rights in IA’s and during various administrative hearings She has also fiercely advocated for women, minorities and protected classes of employees. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of Michigan - Dearborn and a law degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. She enjoys gardening and travel.
